Appointments

Our goal is to treat our patients with respect and courtesy. We try to stay as close to scheduled appointment times as possible and ask for your understanding if your appointment is at all delayed. The practice of medicine is unpredictable, and sometimes our schedules are interrupted due to other patients’ medical needs.

Scheduling

  • We ask that you schedule routine appointments in advance.
  • We make every effort to accommodate urgent appointment requests as soon as possible.
  • Please call to let us know if you are delayed for your appointment.
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Office Visits

  • Please bring all the medications, pills, creams, inhalers, and over-the-counter medications you are taking, and a complete list of your medications including names, dosages, and when taken.
  • Please check-in when you arrive. We ask that first-time patients arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork.
  • We ask that you bring your current insurance information and card to assist us in proper billing.
  • We suggest you wear comfortable clothing that can be removed easily if necessary.
